Terms & Conditions at The Sculpté

Effective as of 2025

Welcome to The Sculpté™. We are dedicated to providing expert facial sculpting and holistic skin-wellness treatments in a calm, professional environment. By booking or purchasing through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Privacy

We value your trust. Any personal information submitted through our website, booking system, or lead forms is collected solely for communication and service delivery. We do not sell or share your details with third parties. For full details on how we manage data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected things can happen, but last-minute changes impact our schedule and other clients.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit 50% of the deposit or treatment fee (whichever is greater).
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the deposit or treatment price.
  • Appointments changed within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a Late Reschedule Fee of $99.
  • If a gift voucher was used as the deposit, it will be forfeited in full for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Deposits are fully transferable if 48 hours’ notice is provided or refundable only if The Sculpté™ must cancel the appointment.

Arriving at The Sculpté

Our clinic operates from Shop 6, 11 Elkhorn Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Parking can be limited during peak hours, so please allow extra time for arrival.

Late Arrivals

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.
  • If you are running late, kindly call us in advance.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to accommodate other clients.
  • If we are delayed, we will honour your full treatment time.

Respecting Our Space & Team

The Sculpté is a sanctuary for relaxation and well-being. We kindly ask clients to:

  • Silence mobile phones upon entering the clinic.
  • Respect the peaceful environment for all guests.
  • Store personal belongings securely; we are not responsible for lost items.
  • Voice any concerns within 10 minutes of the treatment for immediate resolution.
  • Understand that full treatment completion means agreement to the service provided.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate behaviour. Any misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Bookings & Payments

To secure your appointment:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Deposits are due 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • We accept card, cash, or Afterpay.
  • 2% card surcharge applies to electronic payments.
  • 15% public-holiday surcharge applies to bookings on public holidays.
  • No split payments are available.
  • If your service is upgraded or adjusted on the day, the original duration must still be honoured.

Gift Vouchers & Store Credit

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be redeemed for treatments or retail products.
  • Treat vouchers as cash; lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be re-issued if lost or stolen.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details regarding DMK product and prepaid treatment refunds. All refunds processed, where applicable, incur a 5% processing fee.

  • All-day parking: Cypress Gardens Car Park ($5.30 daily).
  • Short visits: Chevron Renaissance Car Park (2 hours free).
  • Public transport: Cypress Avenue Tram Stop, about 5 minutes’ walk.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
